EIN NATIONALES WOHNUNGSKONZEPT. Grundsätze und Aktionsprogramm zu den Regelungen des Wohnungsgesetzes von Ungarn in 1992

Abstract

The aim of the conception is, by solving housing problems, to allow Hungary to reach the international standards and to continuously improve the housing circumstances of all its citizens. The reform strategy of the conception is equipped with ordering principles and arrangements governing all settlements of the country. In this way the town, taking into consideration different income conditions of its citizens, supports them and at the same time stimulates them creating power and increasing both the quality and quality of the national housing property. The reform strategy can be definitely successful only if it is integrated into a territorial, communal and institutional relation which is as broad as possible. For this reason, the scenario determining the series of steps to be accomplished until 2000 shows that the reform strategy fits into the system of general development of the society. Furthermore, the reform strategy intends to make a law /similar to the community law / which corresponds to the European standards and operates with a relation-system.
