PLANUNG DER ERHALTUNG DES BAUBESTANDS: Ein SimuIationsmodell zur Förderung der Volkswirtschaftlichen Planung

Abstract

In the analysis of the correlation between economical resuIts and available resources, economical theories emphasize the role of investment funds, in addition to labour force. Building activity is connected to investment funds, to their performance too, besides to investments, also through maintenance. The maintenance of buildings is also an important economical factor, therefore it is incorporated into economical plans in countries based on plan economy. In this study, a decision-preparing, system.dynamical simulation model utilizable in planning at the macro level is shown. By its means, the maintenance activity in economic plans and the correlation between the main branches and their changes in time can be analyzed for particular plan periods.
