ENTWICKLUNG DER UNTERNEHMENSNORMEN - NORMATIVENSYSTEME IN DER BAUINDUSTRIE

Abstract

The accurate knowledge of necessary resources - labour, machine and material - as weIl as that of financial requirements in individual building activities is the basis for a weIl founded enterprise and for the application of up-to-date production organization methods. In order to establish these requirements, the firms need a system of norms and normatives which takes into consideration the operating properties and efficiency of the industrial produc- tion system, making for them thereby a reliable planning, enterprise and resource economy possible. This study systematizes the theoretical and practical aspects applicable in the elabora- tion of such documents.
