DIE VORAUSSAGE DER RENTABILITÄT UND DER UMSCHLAGSZEIT DER INVESTITIONEN IN DER SYSTEMANALYSE

Abstract

The reality and truth of problem-solving in system analysis and operation research depends strongly on the way of evaluation of the result of production, service, and in general, the social-economical enterprise. i. e. on the intervention in our analyses and decisions, on the capital participating in it, and also on the passing time in case of processes where the time parameter should be taken into account directly. Operation research meets with the science of economy most directly in this aspect. The paper surveys the value and efficiency concepts from the viewpoint of system analysis. It shows the main indicators of efficiency in their process of development, then it discriminates between discountation of finite and infinite time levels, thus it arrives to the calculation of refund time based on the predicted present values of income and costs.
