The Spitzer Villa represents a unique building, designed in the style of historicism, and is also one of the earliest buildings containing  Secessionist style decorative elements in Vojvodina It is also a pioneering example of the use of concrete as the main construction material. The research was undertaken in the field, within the competent institutions, as well as through examination of the available literature and scientific papers. Special attention was dedicated to the potentially different treatment of this corpus of architectural heritage, with particular emphasis on the contemporary research in the field.</p> ER -
