CAPACITIVELY COMPENSATED CONVERTER-FED ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Abstract
The capacitively compensated asynchronous motor is able to operate at changing fre- quency with line commutated converters. Having a constant value capacitor only a nar- row range of speed can be covered economically. The paper shows a simple approximative Park vector method for the calculation of the steady state condition.
