Abstract
Applying the rheological data of polymer melts for their processing through extrusion The industrial processing of thermoplasts through extrusion or injection moulding are made through moderner and moderner computer controlled systems. Extruders or injection moulding machines for the industrial processing of thermoplasts are equipped with moderner and moderner computer controlled systems. In addition to the machine conditions the knowing of melting data of polymers and of the output characteristics of the machine-tool system are needed. Through determining the· viscosity -shear rate-, temperature - density-, pressure-density functions and the relation between the output and screw-speed two controlling algorithms had been set up.
