On the oximine complexes of transition metals. Part CXIV. New mixed sulfito - cobalt(III) - Complexes with alicyclic alpha-dioximes

Abstract

20 new sulfito-complexes of the type: Cation .[Co(Diox.H)_2(SO_3)(amine)]. n H_2O and Cation .[Co(Diox.H)_2(SO_3)_2].H_2O (Cation: Na^+, NH_4^+ amine.H^+, $CoL_6^3+, CrL_6^3+; L = H_2O, NH_3, en, urea; Diox.H_2 = dimethylglyoxime or alicyclic alpha-dioxime with C_5 ... C_8) were obtained and characterized by middle and far FTIR, - electronic - and mass spectra. The protolytic equilibria of [Co(Diox.H)_2 (SO_3)_2]^3- and [Co(Diox.H)_2 (SO_3)(amine)]^- were studied by spectrophotometric and potentiometric measurements.
