SOME PROBLEMS OF PRODUCING AERATED CEMENT OR CONCRETE

Abstract

A complex testing of aerated cements and aerated concrete and some of the test results are discussed in this article. Properties of foam cements were tested on several cements. Tests showed that strength depends on the quality and quantity of components and mainly on the size of pores which is the result of the production technology. A continuous test program shows that the development of aerated concreteicement satisfies the requirements of current constructions.
