A UNIFIED MATHEMATICAL FRAMEWORK OF RELIABILITY CONTROL
Abstract
The paper details the different types of system variables. A system vector is composed which is suitable to describe the whole system and, at the same time, satisfies a Markov type condition. Accelerated 'tests, pattern recognition methods and maintenance opti- mization are shown to make use of this approach.
