Abstract

The word 'Social' in the combination with market-economy has been heavily attacked since its first presentation in 1946 in a book of Prof A. Müller-Armack with the title 'Planned economy and market-economy'. These attacks did not come from opponents to the market-economy only, but also from liberal politicians and economists.
