Abstract

Cooling of different part of gas turbines is essential. The possibilities of optimal cooling of blade disks are investigated in details. The cooling of blade disk are optimal if the safety factor of the disk is maximal beside the given conditions. The magnitude of stresses caused by cooling is significant and so the advantages of cooling and the safety factor of disk can be changed in a negative way. According to the result of recent investigation, the cooling of disk should be realised on such a way that the average temperature of the disk is decreased and the temperature distribution between the out and inner part of the disk should not be increased. The safety factor of disk is increased in this mode of cooling.
